Magyar4IT Kft.’s legal predecessor was established in 2005 and successfully conducted engineering and design services. It operated profitably until January of 2011, when a substantial change occured in 4IT’s life. In addition to change in ownership, the company’s activities were transformed and emphasis was put on informatics services. To make the change in profile more fluent, personel with many years of experience in infocommunications technologies were hired to the company’s management and expert teams. Such business sectors and service elements were established that harmonize with each other.
